Job Summary

Customer Success Manager overseeing post-sales efforts for Amadeus Hospitality solutions, focusing on maximizing product adoption, renewals, and revenue growth across assigned accounts. You’ll serve as the primary client contact, collaborate with Sales, Product, and internal teams, translate customer needs into effective strategies, and drive value through upselling and cross-selling while ensuring customer outcomes and client satisfaction in a hybrid role from the Maitland office.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality Customer Success, hotel revenue management, eCommerce, marketing, sales, or providing services and solutions to hotels via a SaaS company
  • Prior experience managing and optimizing a portfolio of customers
  • Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of accounts and achieving financial goals
  • Technical proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook; Salesforce.com knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in English; strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Revenue management knowledge a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and deliver results under pressure
  • Detail-oriented, action-driven, with strong account management experience
  • Experience achieving client objectives and company financial objectives through understanding client needs and influencing internal product/operations teams
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; ability to define problems, collect data, and draw conclusions
  • Strong business and people skills including planning, presentation, sales, and business acumen
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team environment
  • Experience with post-sales processes, renewals, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
