Job Summary
Own the customer success lifecycle from trial to paid, driving adoption of AI-supported planning, turning trials into paying, expanding post-sale; build the business case and value narrative to stakeholders, and help guide the early-stage Customer Success playbook at PartsCloud. You will partner with the Forward Deployed Engineer on data/ERP integration while owning the relationship, value story, and commercial outcomes, coordinating a two-person account team to ensure successful trial-to-renewal journeys and net revenue retention. The role emphasizes customer intimacy, executive-facing communication, and driving adoption that sticks across multiple sites, with on-site presence in Stuttgart.
Required Qualifications
- A service-minded, customer-obsessed operator who has likely run real customer relationships before
- Genuine passion for sales with comfort in conversion pressure and ability to build trust for adoption
- A great active listener with real empathy to uncover fears and desires
- A change leader who has moved skeptical teams onto a new way of working
- Calm and credible with executives; able to hold tough conversations grounded in outcomes
- Fluent in German and English
