Job Summary
Customer Success Manager responsible for building strong relationships with PrognoCIS clients, driving adoption and retention of the SaaS EHR platform, guiding customers to achieve business goals, coordinating with Support, Implementation, Product, and Finance, and identifying opportunities for upsell and account expansion. Responsibilities include monitoring product utilization, conducting business reviews, achieving retention and success goals, serving as escalation point for issues, collaborating with Technical Support and Product teams, understanding customer goals, gathering feedback to influence product roadmap, leveraging data analytics and AI-driven insights to maximize ROI, and aligning initiatives with marketing and finance. Role location is Mumbai, India with a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement; 5+ years of relevant experience and healthcare domain knowledge preferred. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support Engineering with a proven track record of customer retention and engagement.
