Customer Success Manager- Ad Tech Experience Required!

Job Summary
Customer Success Manager acts as the primary technical advisor and strategic partner to publishers, owning end-to-end relationships from onboarding through long-term growth, serving as the technical point of contact for a portfolio of premium publisher accounts, proactively analyzing ad performance, identifying and implementing technical optimizations to maximize yield, escalating complex issues with internal teams, and educating publishers on Freestar’s product suite to drive adoption and ensure long-term success.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of success in Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Ad Ops within the Ad Tech ecosystem
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising, including header bidding (Prebid.js), wrapper solutions, and ad serving principles
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and browser developer tools for debugging
- Experience with CRM, project management, and support tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Trello)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and ability to interpret complex performance dashboards
