Job Summary
Partner with account teams to drive product adoption, build measurable success plans, and mitigate churn risk for key talent acquisition clients. Act as a trusted advisor to set goals, ensure customer fluency in LinkedIn functionality, and maintain engagement by addressing low utilization. Analyze metrics to provide product education, document communications accurately, and interpret insights to drive internal product changes. Map solutions to customer workflows, celebrate wins, and serve as the voice of the customer to the Product team. This Senior Customer Success Manager role sits within LinkedIn's Talent Solutions organization, supporting hybrid work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Education/Training, Sales, Project Management, Talent Management
Desired Qualifications
- BS/BA degree from a 4-year college or university
- Recruiting, Learning, Human Capital Management, or other applicable experience
- Demonstrates an innate curiosity and growth mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
- Excellent organizational, project management, and change management skills
- Demonstrated experience in understanding and aligning to customer objectives, building relationships across multiple stakeholders, to drive value

- Proficient in CRM (Dynamics) & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
