Customer Success Manager (12 Month Contract)

Job Summary
Remote Canada-based Customer Success Manager (12-month contract) responsible for managing a portfolio of school-district accounts, driving renewals, retention, and upsells; collaborates with CS, solutions, sales, product, and onboarding teams; coaches clients on product adoption; documents interactions in Salesforce; analyzes metrics to identify risks and opportunities; conducts web-based trainings and in-person demonstrations when needed; advocates for clients and Xello while safeguarding confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing accounts with high levels of success and retention, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering value to clients
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Proficiency with G Suite
- Willingness to travel (Less than 15% of time)
