Job Summary
Lead the post-sales motion for the AI Natives and Enterprise segment, owning deployment speed, time-to-value, and expansion. Build and lead the customer success team, define onboarding playbooks and Mutual Action Plans, establish weekly cadence with customers and internal teams, diagnose utilization gaps, drive renewal/expansion motions, collaborate with product/engineering on roadmap inputs, and scale the function while maintaining rigor.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in customer success or post-sales
- experience hiring and managing a team
- retention or utilization targets
- ability to manage relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
- experience with enterprise customers
- experience with AI-native products or technical products
- STEM degree or quantitative background preferred
- Be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
