Job Summary

Lead the post-sales motion for the AI Natives and Enterprise segment, owning deployment speed, time-to-value, and expansion. Build and lead the customer success team, define onboarding playbooks and Mutual Action Plans, establish weekly cadence with customers and internal teams, diagnose utilization gaps, drive renewal/expansion motions, collaborate with product/engineering on roadmap inputs, and scale the function while maintaining rigor.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years in customer success or post-sales
  • experience hiring and managing a team
  • retention or utilization targets
  • ability to manage relationships with VP- and C-level stakeholders
  • experience with enterprise customers
  • experience with AI-native products or technical products
  • STEM degree or quantitative background preferred
  • Be located in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
