Job Summary
Lead the Regional Customer Success team for the SBD ERP portfolio (Mintsoft, Prospect CRM, Unleashed, Tradify) across APAC or EMEA, partnering with senior leadership to drive customer-centric strategy, product adoption, and business growth. Define and optimize the customer lifecycle, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and GTM teams to maximize revenue retention and expansion, and build a high-performing CS/Onboarding and CSM organization that leverages AI and digital capabilities to deliver value. Drive measurable outcomes (GRR, NRR, CSAT, TTV, NPS, eNPS), foster a culture of excellence, and ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to expansion while championing the customer voice internally.
