Job Summary
Customer Success Lead/Service Delivery Manager: act as the bridge between technology, service delivery and collaboration. After integrated security solutions are delivered, you take over management and serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders. You monitor SLAs and KPIs, translate data into clear reports (including European KPI overviews), provide proactive business insights to client owners, optimize processes for contract management control, and identify and highlight opportunities within existing contracts. You communicate clearly, demonstrate leadership, and connect people and processes to continuously improve service delivery. The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, contract governance, and collaboration across diverse teams to drive quality and growth of services. Standplaats Breukelen with hybrid working; full-time (32 hours negotiable); laptop and smartphone provided; bonus scheme; generous vacation, pension, 8% holiday allowance, and employer benefits program. Dutch and English language proficiency required; HBO-level education; Power BI experience is a plus; affinity with risk management, security and technology.
