Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and development while building relationships within Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims. Gain exposure to running a business through access to internships at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, supported by personalized coaching and mentorship via YUPRO Placement. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. This one-year program prepares participants for career growth paths including financial advisory, sales specialist, and product support, with 72% of graduates employed or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
