Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and development while building relationships within Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims. Complete technical and professional skill development through in-classroom instruction and personalized coaching. Participate in an internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh to gain exposure to running a business. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the internship phase. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
