Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and development while building technical and professional skills in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims. Deliver personalized coaching and mentorship through four unique career pathways, including access to internships and job placement services via YUPRO Placement. Work Monday-Friday throughout the program duration at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, earning an educational stipend of $525 per week. Launch your professional career with product and service knowledge, a customer-centric mindset, and ongoing support to help secure roles in financial advisory, sales, or product support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
