Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and development while building relationships within Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims. Deliver personalized coaching and mentorship through four unique career pathways, including access to internships and job placement services via YUPRO Placement. Complete the one-year intensive program at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh, earning an educational stipend of $525 per week. Gain product knowledge, a customer-centric mindset, and professional communication skills to launch a career in financial advisory, sales, or product support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
