Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive finance training and development while building relationships within Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims pathways. Complete an internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh with access to job placement support through YUPRO Placement. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week and develop interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills to launch a career in financial advisory, sales, or product support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
