Complete in-classroom skill development in Banking, Customer Success, or Insurance Operations & Claims while receiving personalized coaching and mentorship. Participate in an internship at BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh with access to job placement services through YUPRO Placement. Earn an educational stipend of $525 per week during the program. Gain product knowledge, a customer-centric mindset, and professional business skills to launch a career in financial advisory, sales, or product support.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
