Job Summary
NIQ Bulgaria is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support Client Service specialists and Analytical consultants with client servicing activities, data analysis, and participation in transforming the service model. The role involves assisting in daily client communications, reviewing market trends, supporting sales opportunities, preparing client materials, collaborating with internal teams (operations, technology, data science) on projects, and developing knowledge of NIQ products and FMCG industry trends. Strong communication in English and Bulgarian, proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools, and the ability to work in a digital-enabled environment are required. The internship emphasizes cross-country collaboration, meeting strict deadlines, and contributing to client satisfaction targets within a hybrid work arrangement in Sofia, Bulgaria.
