Job Summary
Customer Success Executive responsible for managing relationships with customers and business partners under LINE MAN Wongnai's JERA brand, supporting beauty, dental, and service retailers. Duties include ensuring smooth use of the JERA program, coordinating installation and basic user training, providing technical guidance to client admins, logging issues and coordinating with the development team, arranging and tracking marketing campaigns, and collecting customer feedback to improve service and foster long-term relationships. Offers opportunity for career growth, training on JERA Cloud, LINE MAN Wongnai POS, and related tools, with a performance-based commission structure.
