Job Summary
Customer Success Executive to own the relationship, roadmap, and delivery of Hippocratic AI’s Voice Agent platform for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. Role combines pharma/regulatory domain knowledge with strong AI fluency (LLMs, conversational AI) to translate clinical, commercial, product, business and compliance needs into a clear program plan and ensure flawless execution. Responsibilities include serving as the primary strategic advisor to pharma and life sciences clients; leading executive-level engagements (strategic planning sessions, business reviews, joint roadmap workshops); co-developing and maintaining client-aligned implementation roadmaps; driving end-to-end program delivery across internal teams and client counterparts; championing a voice-of-the-customer feedback loop to influence product roadmap; collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales to develop case studies and white papers; travel 25-40% to client sites, industry conferences, and partner meetings (overnight travel possible). The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client-facing roles with pharma/life sciences experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a track record of managing complex engagements in regulated environments, with excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles (management consulting OR customer success or strategic account management) with pharmaceutical, life sciences, medtech or biotech clients
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder engagements with pharma or life sciences organizations from scoping through delivery and post-launch adoption
- Understanding of the pharma product lifecycle and related areas such as commercial operations, medical affairs, drug safety/pharmacovigilance, patient support hub services, drug information, clinical trial operations, or market access workflows
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships and influence senior decision-makers
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives for non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience navigating pharma-regulated environments and collaborating with legal, compliance, and quality assurance stakeholders on technology deployments
