Job Summary
Lead post-sale delivery for key client health systems by conducting workflow discovery, solution configuration, and rollout across nursing and clinical operations. Serve as the embedded partner for assigned clients, collaborating daily with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to implement Hippocratic AI solutions and drive adoption. Manage client relationships while training healthcare staff on effective tool usage and identifying opportunities to improve patient care outcomes through AI. Establish metrics to track adoption rates and operational efficiencies, presenting results to stakeholders. Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to relay feedback and influence roadmap priorities. This onsite role requires five days per week at the client site in Columbus, OH, with occasional travel to headquarters for strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 5+ years of health systems experience, including customer success, account management, or project management
- Experience leading complex, onsite implementations in clinical or operational healthcare environments
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across an organization, from front-line staff to executives
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams onsite
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a client-embedded role
- Ability to satisfy client-specific credentialing requirements, including drug screening and proof of required vaccinations or immunizations, as mandated by the healthcare facilities where you will be deployed
- Five days per week at the client site
- Occasional travel to Hippocratic AI headquarters (Palo Alto, CA) for strategic planning and team sessions
