Job Summary
As a Customer Success Executive at Abbott Toxicology, manage the end-to-end experience for customers using Drug & Alcohol testing programs, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include acting as primary contact for a portfolio of customers, supporting implementation of new contracts, preparing proposals and presentations to support customer development and retention, overseeing data interpretation and reporting, collaborating with the Customer Ambassador and other teams to enhance service, and maintaining proactive, compliant service delivery with a focus on data-driven insights and performance improvements.
