Job Summary
Customer Success Engineer responsible for hands-on deployment, configuration, and technical support of TrendAI solutions across the AMEA region; diagnose and resolve security deployments across endpoint, network, and cloud, run demonstrations and proof-of-concept activities, coordinate delivery and milestones, build partner technical capability with enablement sessions and toolkits, deliver technical training, write deployment guides and runbooks, and work in a hybrid model with remote work and on-site visits as required. Requires strong automation scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash), networking knowledge, experience in IT security deployments, and excellent English communication; willingness to travel within AMEA and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of practical experience in technical deployment, implementation, or support within an IT or cybersecurity environment
- Hands-on familiarity with security technologies such as EDR, SIEM, or network security products from any major vendor
- Scripting or automation capability in at least one language such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and proxy configurations
- Experience delivering technical training or knowledge transfer to customers, partners, or colleagues
- Clear written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel within the AMEA region for on-site customer and partner engagements and TrendAI events
