Job Summary

Customer Success Engineer responsible for designing and implementing data-driven technical solutions for Enterprise customers, bridging GTM and PDE, and ensuring deep platform integration to realize measurable operational outcomes. Role involves scoping integrations and data workflows, delivering working implementations, partnering with CSMs and AEs to accelerate time-to-value, communicating technical platform capabilities during pre-sales, advising on integration architecture (APIs, security, cloud), building lightweight automation and scripts, and collaborating with API/Integrations Engineering to resolve complex requirements and advocate for platform improvements. Emphasizes translating data insights to non-technical stakeholders, leveraging AI tools to accelerate work, and delivering end-to-end engagement from scoping to implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to design and implement data solutions (SQL, data modelling, relational databases)
  • Experience building across scripting/programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang) to automate workflows
  • Ability to navigate enterprise system architectures, data models, and integration patterns
  • Proficient in reading API documentation and troubleshooting API integrations in enterprise environments
  • Background spanning software development and data analytics, with ability to translate data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-directed, organized, and comfortable with ambiguity; capable of delivering across the customer engagement lifecycle
  • Team-oriented mindset supporting CSMs, AEs, and engineering partners
  • Familiarity with building lightweight technical solutions and automation for customer use cases
  • Experience with API integrations, cloud integrations, and security architecture
  • Awareness of AI tools and ability to leverage AI to accelerate integration work
  • Ability to scope, design, and deliver technical solutions independently for enterprise customers
  • Understanding of data workflows and integration requirements in enterprise environments
  • Ability to influence product roadmap with customer feedback
