Job Summary
Customer Success Engineer provides tier-one troubleshooting support for Leybold products via phone, email, and web forms; prepares customer quotations in SAP and SAP C4C for standard and custom products and post-sale services; discusses new product and service options to fit customer needs and passes end-user customers to virtual/outside sales as needed; supports Territory Account Manager and Reps with quotations and lead-time requests, and ensures compliance with U.S. Commerce export regulations; requires a technical degree (B.S. in Engineering or related field) and 0-2 years of technical experience; additional skills include SAP/CRM, MS Office, strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid remote/on-site setup; fluency in Spanish is a plus; valid driver’s license.
