Customer Success Engineer

Job Summary
Customer Success Engineer focusing on post-sales technical enablement for GenAI applications. Own onboarding and continuous adoption, monitor usage and health, advocate for customer requirements to product/engineering, facilitate multi-user training, and ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business goals. Requires strong AI/ML knowledge (GenAI, LLMs), familiarity with AI platforms and cloud deployments (AWS/Azure/GCP), ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes, and bilingual communication (Japanese/English). Minimum 5+ years in technical customer-facing roles and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles (e.g., Solution Engineer, AI/ML Engineer, Technical CSM, App Developer) in SaaS or enterprise software
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); advanced degree a plus
- Professional proficiency in both Japanese and English
