Job Summary
Troubleshoot and resolve issues our customers encounter with our product while communicating technology in a simple manner. Convert customer feedback into feature requests and write tests and automation where applicable. Prioritize and handle large volumes of requests independently as a self-starter passionate about AI and developer tools like Codeium and Copilot. This full-time role requires 2-3 years of IT experience and Kubernetes knowledge, with on-site work in Mountain View, CA. We are an early-stage startup building AI superpowers for developers.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of IT related experiences
