Job Summary
Lead discovery sessions with EMEA Customer Success leadership to validate requirements and communicate technical readiness needs. Execute innovative enablement programs by coordinating the localization of global training, communications, and tooling for diverse, multi-cultural audiences. Partner with product, learning, and content teams to design and deliver initiatives that equip CSMs with necessary skills to drive retention and growth. Take a data-driven approach to quantify program impact and continuously refine offerings based on stakeholder feedback. Collaborate across cross-functional teams to prioritize requests and ensure alignment on enablement as a force multiplier.

- Understanding of cultural and business nuances across the EMEA region, particularly across European markets
- A team player- able to collaborate in an international, virtual team and coordinate the appropriate resources to meet varying partner requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of enablement experience in the software industry, ideally supporting customer success or post-sales teams
- Industry and product knowledge is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, priority-setting, facilitation, multi-tasking, analytical, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across multiple teams and time zones
- Comfortable with occasional travel across the EMEA region
