Customer Success & Delivery Team Lead

Job Summary
Lead customer success and delivery for Risk Tech solutions across APAC ex China, blending client-outcome focus with delivery discipline. Own client success plans, adoption and value realization, governance, and end-to-end delivery for implementations, enhancements, pilots, and scale-up initiatives. Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, translate business strategies into prioritized use cases, drive KPI reviews and benefit realization, coordinate cross-functional teams, shape product roadmap priorities from client feedback, and lead regional delivery resources to ensure measurable client value in underwriting, claims, and risk technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in L&H insurance, reinsurance, InsurTech, consulting, customer success, project/program management or digital transformation within the APAC market
- Strong track record in client-facing delivery of complex solutions and ability to manage both customer outcomes and delivery execution
- Solid project/program management experience in technology-enabled delivery including data/analytics, automation, and risk technology solutions
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes across client and internal teams
- Experience leading teams, virtual workstreams or cross-functional delivery groups in a matrix environment
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Design Thinking or similar delivery frameworks
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across the region as required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
