Job Summary
Customer Success Coordinator in Melbourne supporting customers across the Office platform within Xplor's Childcare & Education vertical. Responsible for answering inquiries via phone, chat, and email, assigning and triaging tickets, ensuring responses meet SLAs, and maintaining knowledge of products and promotions. Proactively advocate for customer needs, assist with system improvements and rollout of new technologies, monitor performance and identify potential issues. Hybrid work arrangement—2-3 days in the office per week with remaining days remotely. Emphasizes customer retention, satisfaction, and successful use of the platform; requires 1-2 years of customer-facing experience, strong English skills, excellent communication, multitasking, and collaboration within a team.
