Job Summary
Coordinate client-focused website builds for financial advisors by guiding communications, pacing projects, and configuring content within FMG's proprietary CMS. Leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, FMG Assistant) daily to accelerate client communication, project tracking, content review, and problem solving. Maintain 30+ active projects, set expectations with clients, and collaborate with Front End Developers, Copywriters, Designers, Fulfillment, Onboarding, and Implementation teams to move builds forward. Use HubSpot to log activity, stay on schedule, and ensure brand-quality sites while supporting a fast-paced, AI-forward environment. Requires professional communication with clients, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn and adapt to FMG tooling; virtual training and standard business hours are required.
Required Qualifications
- Two plus years of customer service or customer support experience
- AI fluency in Claude, Gemini, and the FMG Assistant as a core competency
- Must be available for virtual training
- Must be able to work a standard schedule during set business hours
- Real world experience or related college degree required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Apple Macs, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, and other online tools is desired (ability to quickly learn tools)
