Job Summary
Customer Success Coordinator responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their lifecycle, coordinating communication, tracking open items, facilitating issue resolution, and helping customers implement and operate LSINC solutions. Manages customer communication across purchase to installation and ongoing support, collaborates with sales, service, applications, engineering, manufacturing, and customers to keep projects on schedule, and advocates for the customer while fostering long-term relationships. Key duties include proactive customer outreach, status meetings, coordinating activities across departments, tracking issues from request to resolution, assisting with orders, warranties, and parts, maintaining accurate records, and driving continuous improvement in onboarding and project communication processes. Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), and experience with CRM/ERP/project management systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, project coordination, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with CRM, ERP, project management, or customer management systems preferred.
