Job Summary
Entry-level Customer Success Coordinator providing administrative and operational support to the Customer Success and Project Management teams. Responsibilities include managing customer communications, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, capturing notes and action items, data entry, tracking samples and deliverables, maintaining project trackers and timelines, cross-functional coordination, organizing documentation for compliance and labeling, and supporting product-launch activities. Requires on-site work with hybrid arrangements possible; travel up to 10% annually. Ideal candidates have 0-2 years of administrative or coordination experience, strong organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; interest in manufacturing, supply chain, or beauty industry is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles
- Ability to work on-site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
