Customer Success Coordinator - French Speaker (VIE Contract)

Job Summary
Manage customer-facing and non-customer-facing operational responsibilities by delivering platform demonstrations, buyer trainings, back-office support, program reports, and data analysis presentations. Liaise between customers and internal departments like Marketing and Sales to solve challenges, while empowering clients on program implementation through communication strategies and operational guidance. Enable customers to monitor performance via KPIs, reach strategic goals, and derive maximum benefit from solution customization. Lead or contribute to internal and customer-focused projects aimed at standardizing processes and driving program success. Create data models to answer business questions and validate conclusions for new product applications. Represent the customer voice to adapt tools and processes to specific needs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of successful customer support or account management experience with large accounts, acquired in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in French and English
- High level of organizational skills with the ability to operate autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Excellent Excel and data analytical skills, with a proven ability to summarize complex data into actionable insights in multiple formats (e.g., PowerPoint presentations)
- Computer literate and highly comfortable with Google Suite, Salesforce, AI usage, MS Office, and project management tools
- VIE contract - 12 months
- Barcelona - Hybrid (8 days a month from the office)
- Formal education in a related field (Supply Chain, Sustainability, or Business) is highly preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Additional language fluency in German, Spanish or Italian
- Knowledge of procurement systems and/or SaaS solutions
