Job Summary
Customer Success Coordinator for the Americas to manage and support EcoVadis customers in operational programs, collaborate with 2-3 Account Managers, deliver platform demonstrations, reports, trainings, data analysis, and presentations, and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues; requires bilingual English/Spanish, strong Excel/data skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach. Hybrid work from Mexico City; 1-year contract; 0-2 years of direct customer experience with large accounts; SaaS/procurement knowledge beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years successful direct customer experience with large accounts
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent Excel and data analytical skills
- Ability to summarize data into insights in multiple formats
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google Suite, Project management tools)
- Knowledge of procurement systems or SaaS solutions is an asset but not mandatory
- The ideal candidate has formal education in a related field (Supply chain, sustainability, business)
