Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Work closely with internal teams and international clients to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
• •Conduct in-depth training sessions for international client project stakeholders on using the product.
• •Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
• •Guide international clients on product features and how to use them effectively.
• •Drive client scale-ups to reach enterprise-level penetration across global teams.
• •Update clients about new feature developments and enhancements as per their business requirements.
• •Monitor product adoption and usage by international users.
• •Configure and demonstrate the product to clients during the pre-execution phase, if needed.
• •Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with global clients.
• •Travel to international client office locations, as required.
• •Must have a valid passport and proficiency in French (mandatory)
