Job Summary
Year Up United offers a Customer Experience career training pathway: a one-year or shorter program combining technical and professional training in Banking or Customer Success, access to internships and job placement through YUPRO Placement, plus coaching and mentorship. The program includes an educational stipend during internships (e.g., $525 per week) and pathways into roles such as Financial advisory, Sales specialist, Product Support, Sales operations and analytics, and Patient Services. Internships may be placed at JPMorganChase, Bank of America, and other partners in the Wilmington, DE area.
Required Qualifications
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
