Job Summary
Customer Success Associate (Enterprise Client Team) conducts advanced, large-scale business license research for enterprise clients, including research on federal/state/county/city licensing requirements, creating client-ready research packages, and communicating findings to clients. Responsibilities include conducting industry/location-specific research, compiling licensure specifications in PDF/Excel formats (forms, hyperlinks, prerequisites, fees, turnaround times, renewal data), communicating with government agencies, providing proactive updates on orders, and collaborating with internal teams to translate research into service offerings. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF; willingness to participate in in-person interviews at a Wolters Kluwer office. Compensation ranges from $41,100 to $68,900 USD, with eligibility for bonus, and includes comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate with partner representatives, government agencies, colleagues and clients
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environment
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, multi-task and prioritize work at all times
- Excellent organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy and consistency
- Proficiency with Windows-based environment (Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF)
