Job Summary
Deliver prompt and professional consultative customer service to customers (Small Businesses, Law Firms, or Corporations) through verbal and written communications; determine customer goals and compliance needs; leverage product knowledge to provide compliant solutions and initiate orders; manage end-to-end order processing and cross-sell opportunities; organize and prioritize case volumes using Salesforce and internal systems to ensure timely, accurate responses; develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and key partners; strive to become a subject-matter expert in the department, company, and industry; collaborate with the Customer Service team to resolve requests.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent
- One year of B2B client/customer service experience preferred; consulting experience in banking, insurance, hospitality, retail or legal industries preferred
- Employee must obtain a FinCEN ID within 7 days after the first day of employment and comply with the Corporate Transparency Act requirements
- Ability to manage full-life cycle of orders and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
