Job Summary
Proactively support the onboarding process for new customers and address a broader range of inquiries and issues. Assist with customer renewals and upselling opportunities while monitoring and analyzing performance and engagement data. Provide intermediate-level training and guidance, ensuring implementation schedules, targets, and budgets are met. Collaborate with internal teams on customer feedback to improve products and services, then document detailed interactions in the CRM. Identify potential areas for service or product improvement based on client input and maintain strong client relationships.
