Job Summary

Customer Success Associate on Vestd's Scale team focusing on guiding founders and leadership through share scheme setup, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. Responsibilities include leading video calls with founders and senior finance contacts, ensuring accurate configuration and compliance of customer documentation and platform configurations, managing a portfolio of Scale customers, resolving queries within service levels, identifying opportunities for upgrades/ referrals, and contributing to process improvements for platform adoption and cost-to-serve reductions. The role emphasizes onboarding through the Vestd platform, proactive retention, and long-term customer success in a remote-first, UK-based environment.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting customer onboarding, implementation or lifecycle management in a SaaS business
  • Experience supporting or managing complex, multi-stakeholder B2B onboarding or setup processes
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders (founders, CFOs, finance leaders) on detailed/commercial topics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate complex information into clear guidance
  • High attention to detail, particularly for accuracy and compliance
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
  • You must be comfortable with working in a fully remote environment
