Job Summary
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, quotes, and transactions accurately. Track shipment updates and delivery timelines while collaborating with Account Management, Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment. Resolve customer concerns professionally and identify opportunities to recommend additional products that create value. Maintain organized customer records and build relationships that promote satisfaction and loyalty. This role supports business growth within an industrial distribution company specializing in rigid packaging and filtration products.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

Desired Qualifications
