Job Summary
Customer Success Associate responsible for managing client support, project execution and reporting operations from demos to project completion. Duties include preparing Techno-Clinical Reports, validating data accuracy, developing Accuracy Test Reports, creating CGR templates, generating DMER and Impact Reports, maintaining HubSpot platform expertise, supporting US onboarding, and producing device service reports. Requires 2+ years of experience, Diploma/Graduation, CRM/IVR knowledge, team management experience, operations-process setup, Advanced Excel, and a willingness to work on-site in Bangalore, 6 days a week.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years experience
- Prior experience in CRM/IVR systems
- Experience managing teams
- Experience setting up operations processes
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and MS Office
- Willingness to work from the office, 6 days a week
