Job Summary
Customer Success Associate responsible for frontline customer support, onboarding corporate accounts, coordinating with Operations and Delivery to ensure smooth service, and driving retention through proactive outreach and problem-solving. Works with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to support day-to-day account needs, with emphasis on resolving inquiries, managing onboarding within 90 days, ensuring account health, handling billing questions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Requires strong communication, active listening, problem solving, organization, and a genuine interest in coffee/beverage hospitality; onsite 3 days/week at Beltsville with occasional time in Arlington, and full-time remote scheduling aligned to EST hours.
