Customer Success Associate

Job Summary
Customer Success Associate responsible for managing relationships with a portfolio of enterprise customers from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Lead customer conversations, drive platform adoption through training and enablement, and coordinate with ESG Implementation, Adoption Services, Product, and CS leadership. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and French, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup/SaaS environment with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and customer value.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Success or Account Management teams
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to independently prioritize work and autonomously manage a large workload
- Startup, software development industry, and/or SaaS experience (Preferred)
- Entrepreneurial approach to testing hypotheses and quickly iterating on ideas
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage renewal and expansion efforts
