Job Summary

Customer Success Associate responsible for onboarding and ongoing support for Novata's ESG platform in EMEA. You will serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, triage and resolve basic issues, prepare training materials and support articles, monitor platform usage, maintain health records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot), schedule and facilitate meetings and product walkthroughs, and relay customer insights to Product and Engineering. You will collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Marketing, and Advisory teams to drive engagement, renewals, and expansion while ensuring a high level of service. Requires 2-3 years of client-facing SaaS/ESG experience, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and a passion for helping customers succeed; role is based in London with hybrid working (2 days in the office).

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role in SaaS/ESG/tech environment
