Job Summary
Customer Success Associate in Healthcare Payments collaborates with cross-functional teams to support healthcare providers in maximizing utilization and satisfaction with InstaMed products and services; responsibilities include executing product adoption, identifying and resolving customer issues, driving revenue retention through trend analysis and action plans, managing service escalations, prioritizing defects/enhancements with stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to support customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or a relevant domain area
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using technology with willingness to learn new tools
- Analytical skills and critical thinking
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to quickly learn InstaMed’s products and articulate best practices
