Job Summary
Customer Success Assistant role focusing on collaborating with customers on kitchen and bathroom solutions, delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, processing quotes and orders, handling customer interactions, and maintaining accurate records in the bespoke Customer Service platform. The position requires 12+ months of customer service experience, familiarity with bathroom/kitchen products, strong communication and IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple demands while meeting KPIs. Based at the Head Office in Hereford, UK, with an in-person remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 months’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment with handling large-volume telephone calls
- Familiarity with bathrooms, kitchens or bedrooms and understanding how to match product solutions to customer needs is advantageous
- Excellent telephone manner and strong desire to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent IT skills including use of Microsoft packages
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
- Reliability and resourcefulness with ability to adapt to multiple demands
- Strong listening skills
