Job Summary
Customer Success Assistant supporting Disclosure Services at CDP with responsibilities including content creation for webinars/events, developing and formatting presentations using PowerPoint and Excel, preparing materials for customer presentations and internal updates, data management and analysis support, and operational support to Account Managers and the Regional Head. Collaborates with Global Customer Success Enablement and Disclosure Services teams; maintains and updates databases and resources; responds to external inquiries; may manage select Reporter Services accounts. Hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office per week in São Paulo, Brazil; Spanish language proficiency considered a strong advantage.
