Job Summary
Leadership and coordination of district Technology Help Desk, K12 library media services, digital learning initiatives, and AI integration. Oversees CRCSD’s student computer use, including development of a student computer taskforce; manages the Help Desk, Technology Facilitator, and Technology Integration personnel; oversees enterprise CRM/helpdesk solutions, issue tracking, and escalation; plans professional learning for library staff and technology staff; coordinates and supports district library services, digital literacy, AI literacy, and responsible technology use; collaborates with administrators, librarians, teachers, and instructional coaches to align technology initiatives with curriculum goals and district policies; leads district initiatives related to digital literacy, well-being, media literacy, ethical AI use, and AI governance; coordinates student device programs, deployment, inventory, and lifecycle planning; ensures equitable access to devices and digital resources; provides leadership in AI integration and professional development for staff; supports instructional technology tools, LMS adoption, and digital citizenship; maintains inventory and works with vendors on maintenance and purchasing; and fosters innovative instructional practices and data-informed program evaluation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5 years experience in related field
- Minimum of three years of educational experience
- Experience with instructional technology integration, digital learning, and emerging technologies
- Knowledge of library media programs, digital resources, and AI applications in education
- Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Experience managing or supporting a 1:1 device initiative (preferred)
- Master’s degree or additional endorsements (preferred)
