Job Summary
Directs Customer Success for the LATAM SA&I Activation practice, driving strategy, delivery excellence, and high-quality client outcomes. Leads a high-performance team, manages P&L, collaborates with Sales to drive client growth and retention, enables upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensures timely delivery and revenue recognition, and shapes regional delivery practices to accelerate value realization for clients across LATAM. The role emphasizes leadership, analytics expertise, and a commercial mindset to translate data-driven insights into tangible business results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles within Analytics Consulting and/or Market Research
- Strong expertise in the application of Analytics solutions, with the ability to translate insights into actionable business outcomes
- Solid understanding of sales processes within the CPG ecosystem and experience supporting revenue growth
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business questions and deliver data-driven recommendations
