Job Summary

Analytical Consultant role within NIQ's Customer Success, Industry Insights team based in Oslo. Drive client engagement and satisfaction by providing data platform and analytical support, develop business issue analyses and category presentations, deliver insights and recommendations, prepare client events and webinars, generate sales leads, train clients on Discover, and contribute to a positive Nordic team culture. Requires 2-3 years in FMCG analytics, a Economics-related bachelor's degree, fluency in English and Norwegian, advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and experience with AI tools and client communications. Hybrid work option in Oslo.

Required Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in FMCG industry within business analysis, market research and/or category management
  • A commercial degree in Economics
  • Strong Business English knowledge; fluent in Norwegian
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with using AI tools (including NIQ-approved platforms) to enhance insights and client engagement
  • Experience with conducting presentations and good communication skills
  • Ability to transform data into compelling narratives addressing the why, so what, and now what for clients
